That is a very... interesting choice. Really feels like it should be flipped. I think it's okay to let the Elves have most of their city, with an "embassy" of sorts that the Alliance can visit. Unless they're going to make 2/3 of Stormwind neutral, then carry on I guess.

At a guess, the old/existing Silvermoon 1/3 will probably remain Horde, with a curve added to accomodate Murder Row. The currently ruined part, and the Inacessible part, are probably being reworked to be the new/neutral parts.

it's likely for gameplay purposes. imagine needing to fly somewhere but constantly having to take the long way round or at constant risk of landing in the wrong zone and getting killed. but then again, the Horde is getting more than what the Alliance got with Gilneas and Bel'ameth

Lordanel is blighted, Darkshore is abandoned, Ashenvale is lost, the entire population of Astranaar is slaughtered. But yeah we got a tree on the other side of the world with one village, a small harbor and several towers and these places are horde-friendly with a bunch of cow hanging out there

They've done dungeon portals that are nowhere near the physical dungeons in BFA, just put one in the underground of Tranquillen for Muder Row. I really don't think an area in the vicinity of a place literally called "Murder Row" should be a sanctuary. It's very misleading.
