I quit seeing Christianity as virtuous decades ago. I saw it destroy family members starting in the 70s and ruin relations due to trauma. The idea of a permanent sacrifice and a get out of culpability card didn't work out. We learned this a long time ago. I just belong to the church of Bill and Ted.
