Jam: 400g figs, quartered Zest of a lemon, juice of two Cooking apple, peeled, cored, chopped 125ml apple juice 125ml pomegranate juice Low heat until fruit is soft Add 400g sugar and dissolve Do standard jam boiling. When almost at setting point add 2tbsp pomegranate molasses.
