Was “Cee-Cee” an official collaboration though or just Coke’s attempt to cash in on Star Wars popularity back in the day?

Nope, not with weaker copyright laws in the 80’s and 90’s in countries outside of the US. There were a ton of “parody” products that never got sued for infringement back in the day 😅

I’m also pretty sure this was never authorized because Star Wars never used “robot” as a canon term, Lucas demanded they always be called Droids.

It was a marketing stunt. Here's a poster Coca-Cola SW from 1977, with the necessary copyrights.

With "robot". Because it's just marketing.
