They totally and studiously ignore the fact that anyone can become disabled at any moment from an accident or illness. And that many disabled people could contribute a lot (more?) to society if structural and systemic barriers were removed.

They are their god’s chosen people, you see. It can’t possibly happen to them. Their adult version of Santa Claus doesn’t explicitly pick winners and losers, because he loves everyone—except he does, and he doesn’t. It’s brain breaking.
