The “greed” in securing full time jobs? The “greed” in having no idea if you’re working 15 hours or 40 hours this week? The “greed” in rolling back wages to meet with “competing wages”? Or are you just talking about the paltry increase in pay?

Wages aren't even a top issue, the changes to how work gets done will lead to massive job loss, higher injury and physical/mental burnout and generally be absolute chaos. Every depot I've heard from that's converted to just SSD has been a clown show, sequenced that runs late must be doubled next day

If the company had wanted to actually adapt we've been trying to get them to do that for years. We want to work with the company to improve it to expand services, expand jobs, there the ones that don't want to play ball. It's there way or the highway. You'll take what scraps they give and be happy.
