Agree...that's why we moved back to central coast from Nevada City (foothills of Sierra Nevada)...although beautiful, too much fire danger.

Orcutt is a nice town. We landed in Eugene, Oregon. It's a good place.

Funny, my husband lived in Eugene for about 10 years...go Ducks!!! He got tired of the wet weather, tho. Glad you are enjoying.
