I'm no fan of Rudy "Rapist" Guliani, but in my 24yr physical therapy career, I've worked w/countless vertebral fracture patients, &many (usually the older women) never even knew they had them. There is no guarantee he'll need injections, ablation, or anything but rest &coddling. But he'll milk this.
I'm no fan of his and I'm only speaking from experience as someone that has had to undergo said treatments including physical therapy, and more cortisone injections and spinal ablation.
No offense but I really hope OP is correct.
None taken. I hope even worse for him. It's just not a given, like was said. He'll milk enough sympathy without people thinking he's a victim of terrible pain. This is the guy who had someone arrested for "brutally assaulting" him and causing him trauma, when video showed the guy patted his back.
