Thacker is the only guy to do this and also win an NCAA title (61 and 62 for Cincy). The edge case is a guy named Marv Winkler. Marv played 3 games for the Bucks, plus 5 playoff games, in 1971. He then appeared in 20 games for Indiana in 72, but seems to have been off the team before the playoffs
