If south African and Ireland just wanted to make sure Israel followed its responsibilities under international law they don't need to also make a charge of Genocide, which they very clearly have, the Irish going to the point of asking the court to change the law to fit Genocide explicitly.

I just looked up that Gambia does have a case against Burma yes, I had to go to the ICJ web site to find it, never heard anything about it on the news. And my late wife covered the Rohingya. Yet every day of the Israel case was globally broadcast live, everything was front page news

I see why most pro-pallys don't want to talk much, every bit of evidence just digs the existence of widespread antisemtism (half the world jews live in Israel so yes antisemitis) on a global level.
Gambia brings a genocide case and it is obscure news barely covered, no live coverage. My late wife covered that genocide and I have thousands of images and videos including drones from it, she struggled to sell any of it. Nobody cared about that Genocide, I didn't even know about the case
BBC seems to have covered one story, while the South African case at the ICJ got constantly live coverage? Why? Are there no South Asians living in Europe? In the UK there are 10 times as many Bangladeshis as Palestine 644,881 vs 60,000. So wha accounts for different BBC reporting.

The mass of evidence that anyone considers for a few moments is that institutions like the BBC, UN, even CNN and most new services, behave in a way that can only be called bias no matter its motivation. Israel is treated differently than any other nation on earth for some reason. Wonder why?
