Any abuse survivor can tell you that it doesn’t matter how good, sweet, meek, and accommodating you are. They aren’t abusing you because you did something wrong. trying to be perfect just makes it easier for them to abuse you because you are 100% bought into their twisted games. Don’t play them.

Yes, this is the thread. It is highly tempting to dismiss and disengage. Q for myself is wthr to let things pass to the “find out” phase (do we think the scales will fall?), or wthr to cont. 2 engage and influence. No one likes I told you so. Scapegoating is here-people punished for their failures.

It's so frustrating to me that people accept the abuser's terms and try to play the game. it's not that I want a dismissal/disengage--it's that I literally want everyone to be the "I refuse the question" guy because he's absolutely correct. Refuse the question. www.tiktok.com/@drunken_bar...

Find/Jesus’s question was stupid. The better one is “impoverished theocracy or affluent secularism, pick one”.

I don’t think that’s the question when affluent secularism people honestly lose their minds when people point out that the guy who hired a great social media manager doesn’t think even grown people should be allowed to transition. That is my problem. If we have to pick s protagonist now, not him.
