As someone who cared for and watched my husband deteriorate from frontotemporal dementia and multiple strokes over 8 years, I can tell you what's ahead is not a pretty sight. Do you think Melania will feed him and change his diaper? Help him walk? Keep him entertained? Keep him from falling?

Here's one lucky thing for Trump: His family will be able to afford the neurosurgeon visits, physical therapy, speech therapy, swallow therapy, occupational therapy, psychiatric drugs, highly trained psyche nurses and a good nursing home which can run anywhere from $170,000/yr to all $$$ you have.
Since he's drastically cut Medicaid, many others will not be so lucky. They'll go down fast without all the medical advances available to lucky ones who can afford them. Plus, what kind of work could he do to repay tax payers for the handout? We don't want him running the country (!), so that's out.
Besides, he slashed Medicaid funding, so soon many nursing homes will be forced to close. Trumps may have to hire 24hr private nurses, dieticians, physical therapists, etc., and he could live another 5-6 years. A good LTC can cost $180k-200k/year. THAT'S WHAT REAL AMERICANS FACE EVERY BLOOMING DAY!
His people believe in eugenics. No effort required to imagine what they’ll do. One of the few people on Earth who’ll deserve it.
