Yes - and some do. Geoffrey Cox is a prominent example recently.

I recall Bob Marshall-Andrews KC continued practising, and very profitably too, while a Labour MP.

Damn should have remembered that. He is my best mate's MP and he is not well liked by a lot of his constituents for his high handed attitude
