Why are you laughing? Don't *you* remember Eli Manning's long, storied MLB career?

Now you see, here's the danger: I know squat about sports and saw no problem with this until I read the comments. Students use AI to do serious research. We're doomed.
The best part of this is that it lists 18.
That probably is the best part, but I enjoy double Braves and that they picked the New York Mutuals instead of the Highlanders. Also, Brewers is so far removed from any actual history that it gets bonus points.
Brewers is one of the few correct answers! Assuming we're talking about the 1901 season as marking the "original" MLB, the Orioles/Browns team was the Milwaukee Brewers, and the Yankees/Highlanders team was the Baltimore Orioles.
Chicago Orphans is an extra special level of wrong, even if it's right
Which genius PhD quality AI delivered this peach?
i got an F on my book report because my professor says this is 18 teams not 16 teams and i told him that it was supposed to be an Introduction to Sports Business course not a math course and he told me to leave the class and now my dad's calling him on Monday
claude has diagnosed you with a terminal case of posey
my childhood cat's name was claude, have you been talking to him, do you know where he is, is he still hanging out with the neighborhood raccoons
Seems right to me ( I know fuckall about baseball)
The New York Mutuals famously formed by a bunch of guys in the Bronx that were all following each other around.
As a Boston Beaneaters fan, I am pissed.
Poor A's. Every team has a 'home' in their name save the A's. Stupid AI is a Fisher fan.
And LOL that the Boston Braves and the Atlanta Braves use the same logo, yet are supposed both original league teams.
The deeper you look at it, the better it gets.
Who can remember what city the Reds are from, they move so often.
