The three big question marks surrounding the Flamingo: scalability of production, survivability, and accuracy. Let’s see if higher-resolution pictures can provide some indication of how far the missile missed its likely nominal aimpoint.

Fourth question: payload. A warhead with a 1000 kg payload should have blown up the whole place, IMO... In this case, it could be a hoax about the Flamingo. I would agree with Fabian, wait for more details and don't believe everything that is written somewhere.
