New IJ movies might not be made for you, and the last two movies sucked and can easily be forgotten. For most people the movies ended with Last Crusade, and the TV show had its share of fans. It's all about how you do it.

I think when you have a movie star like Harrison Ford as the only actor to play a character for over 40 years, you're facing a near-impossible task of getting audiences to accept anyone else. Indiana Jones isn't James Bond or Sherlock Holmes - Ford *created* Indy. But I guess we'll see!

I’m going to say a couple of things that probably won’t be popular: -There’s really only 2 good Indy movies. Folks don’t care about the others, so it’s not THAT much of a legacy. -People under 35 don’t have an attachment to the character. My kids (all adults) couldn’t care less about IJ.
