A new one on me. I’m streaming it now. Takes me back to my school days. There was a lad in my class who was absolutely potty about von Däniken and all that Chariots of the Gods stuff.
He's the only interesting thing about it, but his contributions are perfunctory at best.
Yep - it's a play-once and file job for me.
I remember the first time Bill Bruford phoned me up. Picked up and he said ‘do you know who I am?’ I thought there’s no hope if he doesn’t know who he is. True story, I was putting together some artwork for him,
I hope he asks everyone that
There was no hope.
From memory side 1 is excellent and side 2 ran out of ideas
I think it's not that bad, even though it lacks any audible Bruford brilliance. 🙃🎼🎹
It's bland as fuck, but having never previously owned a copy, I felt I couldn't leave it there for £10.
It's "An Experience In Sounds & Music" alright, but not one that stands repeating.
Essentially, it's library music. Pitched as such and minus the Daniken nonsense, it would probably be highly sought after by the collectors' fraternity
Yep! (pffh! collectors, eh?)
You should write reviews 😆
Funnily enough, I did review the follow-up album to this one last year.
👍how funny. A bit wordy for you? 😉
