This is a gentle fox greeting not violence or dominance. The fox on the right is the dominant vixen, the fox on the left is her cub. She was greeted with tail wagging, invites to play and then this behaviour

I understood that. It was just the visual reminder of a precious moment. My two dogs had a great relationship after that one token incident.
