i don't feel like it's unreasonable to go into a season with 2 1 team ST but not having a succession plan in place for ST3 when obi-martin was presumably planned was dumb. i also think not grabbing one of toney, evanilson, or omodorion (after his chelsea move failed) was a major failure.
agree on not confirming a proper backup plan for odegaard. another failure was failing to do something on the wing then relying on a last minute hail mary with sterling. i don't think sterling was a terrible gamble for RW2 (in spite of its result) but *how* we got there was bad in my opinion.
