The only reason I'm not entirely convinced that Bluesky is going to actually "catch on" as such is because it still remains painfully very American. Fails to be truly international, still:< I hope the devs are thinking of it more than minor feature tweaks.

It may depend on your corner of Bluesky. I mostly use this app to keep up with what's happening in the Godot Engine community and I run into more folks from the EU than the US.

I think the idea was there when bluesky was in development, but even the lead guy (Jack, previous owner of twitter) dipped out long before bluesky was open to the public. So it kind of just exists and appears to be waiting for the community to spontaneously just make it work 🤷
