That’s the worst one, but there’s another (maybe Jeep) that literally says it’s the most patriotic. Then Chevy says “there’s a reason it’s called the heartbeat of Murica.” No, that’s just your lame marketing slogan. Nobody ever says that.

I'm proudly on my 4th Honda following Nissan, Isuzu (2) and Suzuki.
My first Japanese car (I think) was a Honda Fit. My wife and I have had 2 Subarus for years; in fact according to an email I got this morning from the dealer, I bought my 2016 Impreza 9 years ago today (and it only has 50K miles on it).
We never put a lot of miles on our vehicles since we used mass transit for the most part. So we keep them at least 10 years or more generally. My favorite was our Honda Del Sol. Lasted forever.
We are VW owners traditionally, but the recent quality of the cars and ethics of the company sent us elsewhere. We each had old Beetles that hit about 250K miles (mileage estimated, as both cars needed the whole speedometer heads replaced).
