…so much incitement. So much othering. It is such a toxic worldview and Fox News embraces it fully. I can’t stand it. I often have to stop reading.

Pretty much, it is a 24/7 spin cycle and dipping in it you can't help but become soiled. They are saturated to the point that I doubt short breaks would really change their worldview.
