I don’t think that Harvey will bring back anything considering his injuries but Estevez for sure

Not sure I would do it, but Erceg would bring back the biggest return. Yeah, he's cheap and controllable and next year's team needs high-leverage relievers, but he's a reliever and already 30. You could turn a likely short-term asset into a longer term one.

Considering what teams have paid for relievers, I think Harvey could be valuable, though perhaps not as much as others. If you get the right deal for Erceg, absolutely move him. He came in looking unhittable, but he hasn't been the same for a couple of months and they NEED a bat.

And there's actual leverage with Estevez and Erceg because the Royals don't have to trade them. But they probably should deal one of them. I have a lot more confidence in them finding another effective RP than I do in them developing what they could get in return for one of the 2 on their own.

My guess is JJP also wants a Lorenzen-ish guy to give them innings down the stretch. Harvey could probably get you that, but that's another shrug trade.

Uh, so JJ did a bit mote than that. But hey, if you're feeling it, trade Harvey while you're at it
