Southwest Airline is in big trouble. It's the "budget airline" that doesn't offer any experience differentiation and round-trip tickets from KC to Denver were $90 per person more expensive than the equivalent ticket from United.

I'm glad they're moving away from the seat free-for-all melee, which I hated. But, like, come on. You don't even offer first class or international flights. You're doing what United/Delta/American do now but worse.
