There's a strong correlation between the time spent and the quality of the work. Had a fatal flaw been overlooked, that would have been as bad an outcome. The D.C. Circuit Court had already struck down the immunity claim unanimously. Law students will marvel at this for decades to come.

Garland is a red herring. Biden was in charge and behaved like it was a white collar crime rather than treason. A military trial in Gitmo would have sidestepped the corrupt SCOTUS
