Trump was searching for the word "draw" but couldn't access it, so his brain substituted another word "write" which is functionally similar so far as putting marks on paper with a pen, but also very different in meaning. A big sign of neurodegeneration.

I think this, because several seconds later he used the correct term "I don't draw pictures" (which is a lie) so for him to not notice that earlier word slip is also very telling. Anyone of sound mind would misuse a word/misspeak and immediately correct themselves, not continue mindlessly rambling.
