It was surprisingly solid. He basically said "America voted for this." Framed it as "border security" and accused the Dems of wanting "open borders". So, of course, he lied, but it was a smoother lie than I would have thought.

The Republican message of "The borders are wide open!!!" is why immigrants were coming in. How do you run a country with people hell bent on sabotaging you for their own personal gain?
