It's so SYSTEMIC that it only started during Biden's tenure. Otherwise, I'd have to question why he did nothing about it during his first term.

Actually, it started in 1948 and every president since has condoned genocide. It's a bipartisan thing. Pols are afraid of losing AIPAC baksheesh.
