Mayor Giuliani was picking up puppies from Kristi Noem's vacation home in NH, and when he stopped to donate one of the puppies to an orphanage, a moose charged his car from the woods and rammed the door. The Mayor escaped through the broken windows on the other side but his clothes were torn.
