True; if he was helping a domestic abuse victim before hand then maybe he is trying be more like the Old Giuliani. Best to do the right thing even when peer pressure had you do wrong things in the past.

Fair take. Though, usually if you get rear ended it isn't your fault. The inclusion of something potentially false does indicate a cover up of nefarious behavior.

Yup, the person behind is responsible if they didn't leave enough distance to stop. I noticed that MSNBC just pulled Fox News's version off their site (one that took the spokesperson's word as gospel) so maybe news agencies are finally reading the police report (they should have done that first).
