Had 2/3 of the kids over for Fathers Day lunch (caught up with the other one yesterday) & it was lovely. So nice that they & their wives all get along so well. ❤️ A 6-hour brisket, coleslaw, fresh rolls & some Mexican street corn. Plus some 🥂 to celebrate the youngest ones selling their house.
They’ll be moving closer to us & to DIL’s family, so very happy about that. Meanwhile, they’ll move in with us in just over a month while they house-hunt. I can’t wait!
Actually their settlement date is the day before we head to Sydney for a couple of nights. So they’ll have the house to themselves. I’ve already told them NO PARTIES, just like the old days. 😂
