For years I’ve been noting Trump’s declining cognitive health. But only in the last few days have I thought that he may be near dying, or at least near being unable to pretend he’s still in charge.

Leavitt claimed the bruise was caused by handshaking because Trump is on aspirin therapy. What will cause a bruise like that in a person taking full strength aspirin is an IV placement. I finally saw a good quality close up of the bruise. Definitely looks like an IV stick. Brings up 2 questions.

First, why did he need an IV? Radiology tests requiring contrast? A procedure requiring sedation? For treatment of an urgent medical condition—TIA or stroke; dehydration from fever, vomiting or diarrhea; pneumonia; kidney or urinary tract infection; kidney stone; heart attack or abnormal rhythm, etc

Second, why is he on aspirin therapy? It isn’t recommended as a general good for you medication like 10-20 years ago. There has to be a reason his doctor wanted to prevent blood clots or thrombosis. And why a big dose (bruising) and not a baby aspirin (1/4 of a standard adult dose).

There’s a very good chance Trump dies before Biden. Trump is objectively unhealthier that Biden and has a lifetime of bad health habits. Family history is also not good for Trump. Both of his brothers and one of his sisters have already passed away, and his father had Alzheimer’s.
