Well, I cannot speak to that--its a blurred pic. I did see a reply from @stevethdemocrat.bsky.social showing a wider angle of that photo with a license plate showing a date of 2019. That's why he looks so fat in the photo--he was much heavier then. I'm gonna be real disappointed if he's alive.
