Well, given how completely gaunt he is, it's likely he had a stroke. He's also ailing from whatever is causing him to bloat and swell in his extremities. He probably won't survive September.

Anyone wanna take bets they're trying to hold him out till 9/11? 😆 It'd be very like him to try & even make his death day all about him, even more so if it's on another important day that isnt about him.
