But have been advocating, protesting, and unfortunately planning for various terrible possibilities. I’m also queer so expect to be next after they’re done with people who aren’t white

He's here in Canada with me. He has been calling/writing his elected officials. His family is highly politically active in their jurisdiction and participate in local protests. He will cross the border if Americans get out on the streets en masse. We have attended Cdn protest at 🇺🇸 consulate.

I have a condo in florida and we and many of our friends are not going. Its small act, but the effect with many can be consequential, just like protesting.
