Many of us don't watch cable news. Hell, I don't even have cable channels anymore. But I remember Rachel as being the only good thing about MSNBC.

I loathe Tur, Psaki, and Elise Jordan. Maddow is the best they've got. They should have given her anything she wanted to work 3-4 nights a week. No one works more than 4 days a week except Nicolle Wallace, and their vacation policies are beyond generous. They get ~8 weeks of vacation.
