ikr... a lot of us migrated to bluesky right away because it was simply unbelievable what they were doing to Michael... then they tried to cancel Georgia (and David, but he doesn't do socials, so again, good for him), and even Anna. this way from three people who readily talked with us we have none
It was the expectation that you could completely character assassinate someone and expect them not to bite back that got me. Take the abuse and do not in any way retaliate or you’re the bully. Awful behaviour.
ugh, yeah... it was completely sickening how bloodthirsty and abusive people who claimed to love him a day earlier got. then they talked so badly of him for AGES, nnnope, just remembering it makes me nauseous
The block button was my friend for such a long time.
same, the second I saw the arseholes I remembered taking part in witch hunting Michael I blocked them here. But remember how they howled that he blocked them? christ, that was an insanity in its own right.
I remember one girl in particular. She’d had a really back and forth with him literally the day before. She screamed at him the next day, and was apoplectic when he blocked her. What did she expect?
oh yeah, there were LOTS of people like that! I probably haven't even remembered them all since I couldn't bring myself to see all of that
I wasn’t confident enough to block yet at that time in the fandom but since moving over to Bluesky, I feel a lot better about finding to good people and locking the bad people out

I still remember it, because it was so much fun when Michael, Anna and Georgia bickered with themselves 🥲 and when Michael threw bombs at us then ran away
