Fear levels, potential further upheaval, potential (even) worse living conditions. If not hotels, where?
I suspect military camps, which, I agree, will be much worse - both in terms of quality of accommodation (I know!) and isolation. A largely avoidable mess that the previous government is not getting enough blame for allowing to occur.
