You can safely ignore the opinion of just about everyone if you want to. That's how Reform and most similar posters work. You'll also notice they never attempt to back up their bullshit, because then you could prove they are talking nonsense.

I am pretty certain the Government has figures documenting the educational level of asylum seekers. I'd like them published. If nothing else, it should frighten the uneducated Reform blowhards to death.

1st glance shows a load of men (who don't use contraception) explaining contraception to women (who do). In the UK it's often called mansplaining. God alone knows what it's referred to as in the USA.

The most hilarious part of your post is the assumption that, as an American, you know anything at all about British cuisine. One of my favourite things about British food is that it is global. I frequently eat Chinese, Indian, Greek, Thai, Iranian and English food - and that isn't unusual.

Boris Johnson has several homes (in addition to the ones his 'friends'give him), Jeremy Hunt rents out 7. Sunak has a global property empire. But they are men, right-wing and nothing like the majority of the UK, unlike Rayner so I wonder why* you choose to pick on her? (* I don't)

Where to? Farage doesn't seem to understand* we can't send people to other countries without those countries' consent. (* understands perfectly well, but knows he will never have to do it.)

In sheer numbers of properties, she is eclipsed a bit by Boris Johnson, who has 4 or 5, and Jeremy Hunt, with 2 plus the 7 he rents out. I won't bother with Sunaks empire as, like the Telegraph, I don't think anyone cares.

Can you be an innocent woman after pleading guilty? Maybe she will just have to be a woman wronged (without explaining how)?

From that post, policing has nothing to do with newspaper articles, so only one tier of policing was mentioned. What's the other one, apart from arresting people when there is evidence of criminality?

Would it not be easier to set up an autocorrect to say 'Farage spouts impossible garbage unchallenged as to practicality' and just put that in, each time he makes an 'announcement'?

I thought they were legitimate concerns. I'm old enough to remember when you wrote a stiff letter to the local paper (I'm also old enough to remember local papers!) when you had a concern, legitimate, Very Real or even Angry!

25% of their current MPs have criminal convictions for domestic violence, it is reported.

AFAIK Political prisoners are a) imprisoned for a political stance and b) don't plead guilty Connelly was imprisoned for an offence of violence and pled guilty. Apart from that, the article is accurate, if utterly irrelevant.

Isn't it handy, now we are looking at alternatives to custody for minor offences, that we have several new options: Painting out graffiti on roundabouts Removing flags from street furniture Getting passengers on public transport to use headphones or turn the volume down I can come up with more!

From the UK, if Democrats don't do this, it won’t end well for your union. If one side cheats and remains in power, the other side never has an opportunity to redress the balance. I agree that nobody should do it but, once somebody starts a fight, the OP needs to decide to fight or get beaten, no?

When I worked there, DWP would prosecute for Β£2,000+. HMRC wouldn't get out of bed for <Β£20,000. Largely because not enough staff. Tax fraud work is much harder to prove* but massively more efficient for the public purse. *claimants rarely have accountants & lawyers!

Stopping benefit fraud is easy, most mistakes are made by DWP. Stopping tax fraud is harder, but much, much more valuable (Β£millions v Β£thousands). Tax fraud dwarfs benefit fraud & doesn't target the most vulnerable. Its about time Government got its priorities right.

Info please, US citizens. Is an undocumented person in the USA the same as an illegal immigrant in the UK/Europe? If not, could someone explain the difference? Thanks in advance.
