Tbf, I think elite level strikers often have a “coldness” to them. Look at Haaland. But I think it’s what makes them so deadly in front of goal. They’re just laser focused on one part of the game and really good at it.
Agree. I quite liked his response to the people mocking him about his hair...glimmer of humour, but i am totally okay with him being a focused goal scoring machine.
Yeah, I liked that little bit of humour, but I almost saw it as a spikeyness, like “I’ll show them” which, tbf, for a goal scorer? Love that attitude. Again, very Haaland like. Now, if Vik can also emulate Haaland in the goal scoring charts we’ll all be happy.

I doubt any are season ending. I just would really like a better option on the left. But don’t think anyone will offer what Martinelli is worth so I’m sure he’ll stay. I was just getting greedy.
Think we’ll see Eze on the left at times when Ode’s fit and playing, not a classic left winger, but we saw Calafiori making lots of overlapping runs against Leeds and I reckon that could allow us to play Eze wide. I’m also thinking we may see an improved Martinelli if we become more transitional.
