New Hampshire police said they have nothing to share beyond yesterday’s news release when asked if Giuliani made the 911 call in the DV incident and rendered assistance on the S/B side before authorities arrived and witnessed the crash on the N/B side.

Isn't this inconsistent with the police statement? They stated that the police were attending to a DV situation when they witnessed the crash and that it was on the opposite carriageway
