New Hampshire police said they have nothing to share beyond yesterday’s news release when asked if Giuliani made the 911 call in the DV incident and rendered assistance on the S/B side before authorities arrived and witnessed the crash on the N/B side.

Spoke with Giuliani’s head of security, Michael Ragusa, who said the former mayor is expected to remain hospitalized for a couple more days. He described last night’s collision as a freak accident that occurred after Giuliani intervened in a DV incident. “It’s just wrong place, wrong time.”

The DA's office said Jessica Mann is ready to testify for the third time. The jury at Weinstein’s 2020 trial believed her, but that conviction was overturned based on other aspects of the case. Jurors at his April retrial reached a partial verdict but couldn’t agree on Mann.

There was a teleconference hearing this morning in the suit against DHS regarding conditions at 26 Federal Plaza, but the press and public were shut out due to “audio issues,” and we have no idea what happened. The courts have had at least 5 years to figure out remote hearings and have not.

Everyone I saw detained at 26 Fed last week, like the young man below, followed the rules by attending their court dates. Judges granted them hearings on their asylum applications, signaling they were safe for the time being, before masked and armed agents ambushed them.

Combs’ attys acknowledged throughout that he was guilty of domestic violence (but wasn't charged w it). Prosecutors just filed their submission, arguing that Combs should remain in jail. They included a letter from witness Deonte Nash, a former stylist who testified about seeing Combs assault Cassie and threaten her with releasing videos of freakoffs. Bail hearing is at 5 pm.

Subramanian now asking the jury to continue deliberating. Court is closed Thurs & Fri for the holiday, but Subramanian will allow them to deliberate on Thurs if they so choose. Agnifilo asked they not be given the option until EOD tomo so they don’t feel pressured to work faster.

The alleged crimes in the RICO conspiracy are sex trafficking, kidnapping, arson, drug distribution, bribery, transporting individuals for prostitution, forced labor & obstruction. He could also get life if guilty of sex trafficking, which jurors only need to find happened once.
