You're assuming but you're wrong. I voted for Remain but I recognise that Brexit broke the UK. Entering that fractious situation while the country is a tinderbox seems to me to be a bad idea and I'm just trying to be rational. Rejoin is a longer term endeavour and we are where we are unfortunately
