I saw them live a couple years ago, and they were fantastic. “Extreme Wealth and Casual Cruelty” from the same album has grown on me the most, I think.

When I saw them they were so good, they almost played too flawlessly. Were they human? Hard to say. Barely got on the mic and never showed their faces in the light but one hell of a performance.

The lead guitarist is really good, and their newer stuff is kind of focused on virtuosic noodling, which I’m not really as into, though appreciate it. They’re touring close by in a couple months and I’m going to go see them again.
