Honestly staggering how a couple days of slightly higher quality sleep makes me an entirely different person
I’m 74 and work as a substitute paraprofessional. I get so little sleep during the school year even though I try. But, come summer break I naturally sleep 8-9 hours every night! Our bodies know what we need, but it’s hard to do that when you have chores & a life!
I wouldn't know. I have not achieved that in months.
I'm sorry, that's been my life for a while too, which is why the difference this week was so very noticeable. I hope you're able to feel rested sometime soon 🫂
