I don't know that I could cope! It's been too long since I have been able to sit in silence for longer than a bathroom break. I need my alone time!

The last time I had more than a few hours alone was when mum was in hospital. #Eldercare has ruled my life for well over five years now. I use my time in the #garden as my escape. But even then my phone rings to help with something.
