My returning to the Get-Out-The-Vote frame of action is benefiting. I just scrolled by 3 posts denouncing (again) particular voters/non-voters. I didn't care a bit. Not even in my typical curiousity of what are people saying. It was easy to breeze by, and that is atypical.
I am definitely not suited to be a space holder for the GOTV volunteers. It seems so huge to guide emotional work. Zoom tech is simpler for me, no social anxieties so far. It's a less heavy responsibility to shoulder. It doe help that Mamdani is electric with NYer's and those outside NY.
