It's really not. One man saying he's not sure abt trans athletes does not negate years of support, or it should not. It simply means Newsom has issues, not the party itself. And we're far from some theory of power involving Democrats. Please remember the GOP will kill trans ppl most certainly.

He platformed fascists Evangelical Christians to "discuss or debate" transgender lives. Yeah really it strikes me as completely reasonable to have it severely question Newsom's motives and commitment. Because platforming them is not good. It is harmful.

Yes, I remember. I'm not discussing one dude though. I'm discussing the whole party, which has always been supportive of trans rights, has it written into the platform and passed laws supportive of trans rights when they were in power.

I'm seeing a pattern. Stay with me on this: 1. A Democrat does something stupid. 2. Suddenly, the entire party is "terrible" except they aren't really but no one is listening now 3. this happens about a year or so before elections 4. Bots appear to support "Dems suck"

5. GOP win election because Dem votes are suppressed over this issue 6. GOP do something even worse than Democrats were NEVER going to do, but ppl pretended they MIGHT do, even if Dems provided a solution,never stood wrongly on this issue. 7. We fall further into fascism. Does this sound familiar?

I haven't blocked the original OP nor has she blocked me that I know of. It's probably someone in the line above as there are many bots who also are skeptical of Democrats and I have blocked those.
