same reason they never enshrined a right to abortion, because as long as it could be a divisive issue, it benefitted them. and hey now they have no leverage on that so good job guys.

correct...they had many chances to codify it and did not. Even Obama said when he was POTUS that codify abortion would not be a priority of his admin. FFS! How sick is that!

exactly...and Trump's turning USA into a police state now and Dems don't even file a single lawsuit or injunction...even if they lose at least it would show they are working to protect democracy & our rights...so clear now they are not & are totally on board w totalitarianism. It's just awful.
