Loading zones are a great tool that are underutilized outside of downtown and maybe midtown. But seems like a wide road with lanes to pass the delivery truck is better than when the delivery truck blocks the sidewalk or the only travel lane

The entrance to this development is on 54th Ave N - maybe it wasn’t specified by the customer or the driver didn’t know. Not sure if there’s a loading zone - it already looks like a nightmare for people to get in/out. I get the trade-off, but oil trucks barreling down CB is valid cause for concern.
